The Last Oracle; A Scientific Action Thriller

When I wrote The Last Oracle I wanted to touch on the scientific mysteries of bioengineering. For instance, could you bio-engineer the next great world prophet: scientifically produce the next Buddha, the next Muhammad, or the next Jesus? What would happen if you attempted to do this? Would it mark the Second Coming or initiate a chain reaction that holds disastrous consequences?

Thats a really interesting question really. What I find most interesting about all of this is the fact that around 98% of human DNA is classified as non-coding DNA. This non-coding DNA has been called "junk DNA" though that's a little simplistic. Non-DNA is DNA that does not encode for protein sequences. Some of these DNA sequences act as genetic switches. That means that they regulate when and how genes are expressed. To take this concept to a "what if" level, it's interesting to think about what lies in these non-coding DNA and otherwise dormant DNA sequences and what would happen if they were "switched on" as it were.

It's been a minute since I've read The Last Oracle. I think it's possible to bioengineer the next Appointee. But I firmly believe, in bioengineering or biotechnology to be a more evolved human, or the next in line of Human 2.0 or Transhumanism, looks towards these scientific means with technology to catapult the human race too much. A lot of fancy tools, science techniques, technology and also in the military path to create the next evolved humans. The old school methods are more powerful and will most likely produce the next Appointee. Something that is not Man Made, but something that comes from "Nature"..Thus, we won't be able to explain or have any answers. But it can happen and even though you may not be able to see these pockets or dimensions, they do exist. But people fail to realize that the other sciences and the mysteries of the universe, thus the forces, are the biggest catalysts and technology to bioengineer the next evolved humans. It's not fancy techniques and man and woman made technology. E.G., it's the old school ways like the Shaolin Monks. The mysteries of the universe with the electromagnetism in this atmosphere on Earth, are more magical than the technology they are creating to bioengineer the evolution of humans or the next Appointee. It's reading books, exercising, with complete determination, thus mind, body, soul and you can tap into "The Force", in very short. Our planet is an Obstacle course. Some you can see and some you can't, but it is at our disposal. Thus, some people are not aware that it does exist to enhance yourself. And it's more FUN. Better than being Captain America and being injected. Or relying on man and woman made technology. The Universe is more powerful. Once again...more FUN too. Once again, our biggest bioengineering is in this Earth's atmosphere..That's the most magical technology. Not machinery and science techniques.
