The Doomsday Key is in Stores Tomorrow..(Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009)

It's only fitting that my latest book is being released only two days after the summer's solstice. I came across this article (click here) today about a celebration at Stonehenge. The night-long party occurs every year to coincide with the summer solstice. One of the partygoers describes Stonehenge as "the most magical place on the planet." And if you look at the cover to Doomsday Key, the image at the top hints at some significance in this novel about these ancient neolithic stone circles.
I don't want to ruin any surprises, so I'll leave it at that.
As you're reading this, I'm probably in midair heading to New York City. It's the first stop on the big book tour, where I'll be appearing on the Glenn Beck radio and television show (on Tuesday), along with a signing at Borders Books (on Broadway). Jim, My wife and I would like to congratulate you on your new book and continuing success! We were captivated during your intimate talk in La Canada, CA last year following the release of The Last Oracle and are very much hoping to be able to see you during your current tour. Jim, Always good to hear the news...and thank you for sharing. Picked-up "Doomsday Key" and am looking forward to reading, though I appear to be the slow-poke per your Blog entries where many have finished already! Having attended my first book signing in La Canada, CA, for "The Last Oracle" it was especially nice to hear another couple who enjoyed the appearance as much. You certainly draw a nice (!) crowd! And though you are who we come to see, the audience is also a keepsake memory in my mind. Thanks for the accessibility and mentoring... I read in another Blog entry of the suggestion of perhaps a coauthorship with some of your author colleagues...any future thoughts on this?

I went to the bookstore and left disappointed, NO Doomsday Key to be found at a local Chapters?!? (i'm in Toronto) As i sulked into a local drugstore Shoppers DrugMart what's on the shelf ...Doomsday Key *yay* I'm actually afraid to start reading because when i'm done, in about 2 days, my "Sigma Crack" will be gone and the dealer James Rollins will still be on tour in the US! NOT in Canada!?! I have never stood in a line for anything but to see you in person and have you autograph a Doomsday copy not for myself but my cousin in Trinidad and Tobago the real bookworm and get your photo ...that i'm willing to put aside a full day in line, in whatever weather to meet someone who has made reading a real book enjoyable again for a "mature" kid at heart :D

Thank you for speaking out on the coming "depopulation." Too few people are aware that these eco people and elitist organizations are about to wipe out 95% of the world's population through genetically-modified food, genetically-modified viruses, and other means. I think you were courageous to write about this, even if your book is supposedly a fiction novel. The time is now. They have the means to carry this out, and the USA will be first as a lesson to the rest of the world.
